What are Loyalty Points?

  • Loyalty points are incentive points earned through making purchases from our website on selected categories.
  • In case of Cash on delivery orders, the rewards points will be awarded once the order is delivered to the customer. In case of prepaid orders, the points are awarded once the order is shipped. ANAYA has the right to verify the delivery verification and issue reward points once the verification is made.
  • ANAYA has the right to take back the loyalty points or make any adjustments in case of an order cancellation.
  • The reward points will be applicable to the fabric price, stitching charges as well as add ons (if any). The points will not be applicable on discounted/sale items and shipping charges.
  • You have to use your reward points within 1 year of accumulation. Points will expire in order which they have been first earned.
  • ANAYA reserves the rights to update the policies and terminate the loyalty program at any given time without any prior notification to the customers.

How to Earn Loyalty Points?

  • To qualify for our loyalty program you first need to register an account on our website. Only registered customers can earn loyalty points on our website.
  • Loyalty points can be earned by making a purchase on our website. Every time you make a purchase you will earn points based on price (exclusive of the GST) of the product that you purchase. These points will be automatically stored in your ANAYA account. The loyalty points will be awarded once the order is delivered to the customer.

Reward Point Exchange Rate

  • For local customers:
    • 1 = 5 Points
    • Redeem 50,000 points to get Rs. 500 discount, which can be redeemed on spending of Rs. 10,000.
    • Redeem 100,000 points you get Rs. 1000 discount, and on
    • Redeem 200,000 points you get Rs. 2000 discount.

Advantages of Loyalty Points

  • Loyalty points are an bonus which are redeemable at the time of purchase towards the total value of your order. Once you register on our website you will be able to earn and spend loyalty points by placing orders on our website.

Expiry of Loyalty Points

  • You have to use your reward points within 1 year of accumulation. Points will expire in order which they have been first earned.
  • For example if X loyalty points are accumulated on December 1st, 2020 and Y loyalty points are accumulated on January 1st, 2021 then X loyalty points will expire on December 1st, 2019 and Y loyalty points will expire on January 1st, 2021.

Redeeming Loyalty Points

  • Once your have accumulated enough points, you can visit the Rewards panel in the bottom left corner and click on ways to redeem points. Click on preferred option and you will receive a discount coupon in your email which can be used at checkout.
  • The option to use the loyalty points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent of this balance, will be shown to you after you log into your account and visit the Reward Panel.
  • The redeemable loyalty points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods. You need to accumulate at least 50,000 points in order to use them.
  • The loyalty points will not be redeemable on discounted/sale items.
  • The reward points will be applicable to the fabric price, stitching charges as well as add ons (if any).

    Managing Loyalty Points

    • You have the capability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account.
    • From your account you will be able to view your total points, minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history will additionally show you comprehensive informative messages related to points, which include expiration notifications as well.

    Loyalty Points on Discounted/Sale items

    • Please note that loyalty program will not be applicable on sale/discounted items.
    • The loyalty points will only be applicable on retail price of the product (GST excluded).
